At lunch and dinner you can choose from a vast buffet of warm and cold dishes, salads, vegetables, sea food, delicious starters to whet your appetite, fresh fruit, and home-made cakes prepared daily.
For a good start to the day you can choose from our vast breakfast buffet with freshly made cakes, warm brioches, muesli, cereals and selected jams, yoghurt, sliced ham and cheese, milk, coffee, cappuccino, tea, infusions, hot chocolate, fruit juices and everything you'd expect from a tasty continental breakfast.
During your stay our entremetier chef Ivano Pizzolla will spoil you with a vast choice of home-made pasta dishes in order to meet your culinary demands. Furthermore, our guests are invited to the kitchen to observe the professionals when they make the fresh pasta in Hotel Gened!

SEAFOOD BROTH
Ingredients: Fresh soup fish (eel, ocean perch, codfish, scrod, mantis crab, calamari, cuttlefish, shrimps, mussels, Venus shell….depending on whats available from the market), olive oil, fresh tomatoes, a glass of dry white wine, onions, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.
To be accompanied by toasted bread.
FILLET OF BASS WITH COURGETTES IN A BREADCRUMB COAT AROMATISED WITH ORANGES
Ingredients: Fillet of bass, courgettes, cheese (Roman sheep cheese or parmesan cheese),
breadcrumbs, grated orange.
Children's menu: Our small guests can choose from vegetable stock, a light bouillon, vegetable mash, small plate of pasta without sauce, with tomato or meat sauce, a slice of meat, smoked ham or cooked ham, soft cheese.
